Shipping Times

All orders received by 12 noon central standard time are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day.

We observe all Federal U.S. Holidays. Packages do not ship from our U.S. Distribution Centers on the following days:

  • New Year's Day
  • President's Day
  • MLK Jr Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day following Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas

Orders exceeding 25 cases or more may be shipped via common carrier (LTL) and will be charged accordingly.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping Tracking number via email on the day your package ships, within 1-2 business days of your order.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Eligible Returns

Only items damaged in transit, in unopened and original packaging can be returned within 5 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Natural Tableware. Please email admin@naturaltableware.shop with your order number to obtain approval. All merchandise returned may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. 

Refund Timeline

Within 5 days after receipt of the returned items we will refund the amount to the method in which payment was made.

Return Address

Please send your returns to 1625 Sublette Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63110, USA. Make sure your order number is on the second address line of the tracking label.

Out Of Stocks

We do our best to maintain adequate inventory at all our warehouses. In the event a product is out-of-stock at one warehouse, we will ship your entire order from an alternative warehouse via FedEx Ground. This may increase the shipping time. In this event, we will notify you via email and subject of the email confirmation will be “See note on shipping.”

Backorders

  • In the event that an item on your order is out-of-stock, we will notify you seeking permission to process the remaining items on your order without the affected item. Your order will be on hold and will not ship until we hear back from you. The out of stock item will not be placed on backorder and will need to be reordered once the item is made available via our website.
